PASSWORD REQUIREMENTS

Trying to change your password? Make sure it meets these requirements:

  • Make it longer than 7 characters

  • Do NOT include first or last name

  • Have 3 of the 4 items: Capital Letter, Lowercase Letter, Number, and/or Special Symbol

RESTARTING YOUR DEVICE

Restarting a computer or mobile device can often reset and fix issues!

FIXING ISSUES IN ZOOM

SWITCHING BETWEEN ACCOUNTS

If you get an error when trying to access a Google doc or program, check to make sure you're logged in to the correct Google account.
